Biography
Gwyneth Kate Paltrow was born on September 28, 1972 in Los Angeles. Her mother Blythe Danner is an actress and father Bruce Paltrow a director. Gwyneth went to school in New York City and attend Spence, a prestigious private school for girls. She went on to attend UC Santa Barbara but dropped out to persue her acting career.
Gwyneth's first break came with the 1991 film shout and she follow this up with a role in Steven Spielberg's Hook. She appear in several small films after that and her next big film was Se7en starring opposite Brad Pitt whom she dated. Stardom came with winning the Best Actress Oscar for her work in Shakespeare in Love. Paltrow has had string of recent commercial successes with Proof and the Royal Tenenbaums.
Paltrow has been romantically linked with Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck. She is now married to Chris Martin of the rock band Coldplay and they have a daughter, Apple, and son Moses together.
