Biography :
Lucy was born December 2, 1967, in Queens, New York. Lui grew up in an ethinically mixed Italian / Asian American neighborhood. She attended the prestigeous Manhatten magnate School Stuyvesant High School and went on to attend New York University. Lucy eventually transferred to the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) a year and caught the acting bug there. While persue her bachelors degree she also studied acting and singing.
